CSV Import "ACTION" Options

Hi there
I have added many products using the Import from CSV file method but I would like to know if there are any other options I can use to either update existing products or maybe delete products etc ?
So in short - In the CSV file for adding new products uses "insert" in  the "Action" field
Are there any other options ?

Action filed support 'insert' and 'update'
Take a note when you insert then product id should be empty
when you update then product id should exist
