Cannot login to Paypal upon checkout

Hi

Customer checked out and opted to pay via Paypal. Unable to login to their paypal account from my website.

I tried the same... check out with Paypal but unable to login. But when I have no problem login directly from Paypal.

Please help...

Is Abantecart set to use sandbox?  1st thing that came to my mind at least...
