Limit orders?

Hi folks,

Ive just set up a shop selling socks ect which should be going live this weekend. I was wondering if there is anyway to limit the amount of items customers can purchase at any one time, either by weight or total cost.
I know this sounds abit strange but Im selling from Taiwan to mainly a UK market and want to avoid going over the £15 threshold for import duty/tax.

Currently, there is no way to set a maximum limit on order amount or quantity in the order.

This can be done with changing the code or creating an extension.
