You will no doubt need to edit the template. I can't tell from your link what it's all about, as it is written in Hebrew.

Well, I need to know what that code does? I don't read Hebrew, what is it that it does? Provide them with a refund link? If so, you could create a category for that and it would be added to your menu.
Please explain what that link does for the customer so we can provide a proper response.

OK, Now I understand the links function. I would create a category and product for that feature and simply add it to your menu. It's a simple fix, there are others that would be much more complicated, but that is my best advice for some one new to AC.

Hey i was able to add the source code to a custom html block
And then add it to my site in layouts (homepage)
