Product slider extension in default template

hello, first I would like to thank all the menbers of this forum for their help, i'm new in this forum and i hope to find help for my issue.
my website use the default template for abantecart because its look nice and simple, my question is : can i use the product slider extention from free template 2 in the default abantecart template? i have installed this extention but its show just the arrows of slider no image product.

Slider use banners (or banner group). Banners stores images as html-code inside of it (see design->banner manager-> text banners).
You should create banners group and assign it to slider block (custom html-block).

hello, thank you for your quick reply, please can you give me an url or the html code i have to insert in the new html block, i wish to scroll the products in the sections (featured,bestsellers...) by a next and previous buttons, i have trying with a brand scrolling block it work nice but they show just mini pictures of products no price no add to cart, i have create a new group text banner and new html block assigned to them, but i dont understand for the rest. thank you in advance
