Admin Dashboard Template

I am currently wondering how to create different templates for the admin dashboard and link it to certain user groups. I have several different admin user groups with various amounts of access. The only thing I want to accomplish is when an admin logs in if they don't have access to a page then they don't even see the menu item listed on the sidebar.
