Customer can't check out

When the customer click on Confirm Order to place the order, but nothing happens (usually Please Wait.... shows at the bottom). However, when I tried from my side, there is no problem to place the order. Dose anyone know what's happen? Anyone can help?

Hello.

Ask him about browser and operating system. A wide range of issues can be with your customer PC: from incorrect browser settings like disabled javascripts etc to viruses or even "paranoid" mode in security software.
You can also ask him to try different browser.
