How to setup sized based shipping per option

Is there an extension or some option that I'm missing for setting up sized based shipping prices?

EG: My store sells art frames, one model of art frame could be as small as 5" x 7" or 36" x 48", weight is irrelevant because it goes by dimensions once it gets to a certain size. Is there a way to setup options to choose a larger size and have it update the shipping dimensions as well?

Hi.

You can set up option value to change weight in percentage or amount. But dimensions change require some php coding.
