How can i change the home banner?

Hello friends, my name is Addis and im from Uruguay, im installing this cart on my web buyerseller-uy and i canot change the home banner, can you tell me how do this?

Hello.

go to Admin-Design-Blocks
find "home page static banner" block and click edit
