cant install

i cant install the program, i get   The following errors were found :

The maximum number of databases you can create has been reached, so installation cannot proceed. This is a new host and new domain name, i have cancelled the others. Please help.

This would be an issue to ask your hosting company about.

I ran into this with another user a few months back,  and he had some sort of startup account with some limitations and there were no databases that came with it.  Once he upgraded all was well.
