i have same issue on my new subdomain.webpage.tr on base v.1.4.0. php 8.3
What should be edited in my case ??

Set both the store URL and secure URL to HTTPS. Logout from admin and close all tabs with AbanteCart pages. Clear the browser cache and try again.

i don't have SSL on this domain unfortunately

yes of course. maybe there is something could be edited in the database to fix issue ?

Have you set both Store URLs to the same value? Does the URL include the localhost port? Please try accessing it in a private window.

all these steps already tried but finally i tried to rename the database and user with a new password and saved these changes then i cleared the cashes on admin and browser and that's solved the problem in my case.
