How to add a desktop Program via API

I must be honest i am lost here but am hoping to get some help.I have seen it done before and am wondering whether somebody knows how to add a program via an API to the AbanteCart  shopping platform which would run similar to a subscription. The item purchased's exe would be linked to the member on AbanteCart and then expire when the member subscription expires.

Any advice will be really great

AbanteCart does not offer subscription based purchases. This can be done with custom development.
