Ability for guest customers to access order details?

Is there a place someone can point me to for setting this up?  I looked though the docs and didn't find anything talking about this.  I also clicked through my admin, but didn't see where to put this.

Hello.

Guest customer can access this page http://demo.abantecart.com/index.php?rt=account/invoice to enter order id and email to see details. If you upgrade from previous cart version this page need to be added to your Menu manually (menu is content related and can not be updated with autoupdate process).
