When some one Check there Pin code in checkout in PIN/ZIP box it allowed  to every one.How  I want to set up a esteemed pin for delivery area.

Are you looking for coupon code with free shipping?

You can enable particular product to have free shipping or total amount threshold, but there is no way to have a free shipping code entered by customers in default AbanteCart

You can check promotion extension on the marketplace.
