Hello.
This error usually mean your mail server (it is usually your host) block/don't allow your mail send.
This can be various reasons: timing for bulk messaging ,message size, a security configuration on your server that prevent from sending emails, some servers don't accept mail sent from addresses not hosted in they servers.....etc
Could you please contact with your hosting provider to make sure your server is configured correctly?
