site is running very very slow

site is running very very slow.When i was open at-least 3-4 pages only .it is not open.sometimes it shows 500 and 503 error.i was already talking to my server provider regarding this but they are saying that optimize your website and mysql execution time is 22.make it to 15 .This is our business site but it opens very very slow.i was using 1.2.6 version ,i have 9000 products.Completely down .So please give us a permanent solution regarding this.

The upcoming version 1.2.7 is speed optimized and release will be very soon  .
Anyway do you have any errors in the AbanteCart error log? Also make sure AbanteCart cache is ON and we suggest to enable AbanteCart's .htaccess file https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/blob/master/public_html/.htaccess.txt
If enabled it give you some more server compression and better browser caching.

This sounds like something happened on your server. Check with your hosting provider. Possibly, you need to perform database check. And check your AbanteCart error log. You can share it with us.
