My permalinks are not working!!!

i have a problem!!

i install a new store in a subdomain just like the other, but, when i´m trying to go to any link i get an error every time, "the server is not found".

when i investigate this i found that there is a slash between my domain and the link that is missing and when i add the slash, the link works fine.

can you please help me resolving this error, i don´t know what to do!!
