Sorry - I completely missed the point of this post.  Can someone restate this ?

Why would someone want to switch from one product to another ?

What would the weight, model or manufacturer have to do with a disabled service??

often with the products we sell a service, such as selling computer services we sell the software.
In other cases, we simply sell services such as repairing computers or cars.
In this case do not have to sell the product manufacturer's instructions, weight capes and so on.
