Templates, devices and SEO

I have 20 year old web site with 5 years old templates.  My plan is to use my templates and embed Asante into it.  Two concerns.  The first is will I lose the ability to display properly on cell phones.  The second is will my site have the SEO feaures that Abante provides.  Thanks.
