How to hide option price

Hello is it possible to hide the option price and only show option because its confusing for my clients???

Like the exemple in the attachement?

There are a couple of options in the Market Place that solve this nicely

Lite  - Enhanced Option Pricing Display

I have this extension Lite  - Enhanced Option Pricing Display but it doesnt hide the price like i want in right photo in the attachement.

Interesting sales approach -  won't customer wonder about the pricing options  if the pricing is different as you've indicated?   Just curious, is why I am asking.

I prefer to hide the prices because I get very confused to see the description folowed by the price. It is preferable to hide price and when you select the product price updates itself,  another way would be to give some space between description and price.

Example:   200/2 10.00€  this is what it looks like now|

Another solution would be  200/2      10.00€

But i prefer tho have only

200/2
300/2
400/2 

and when clients select a diferente option prices update themselfs
