images with SSL

Discovered that when I use the URL as https it won't display my images correctly. Images not able to load. But if i change the URL to read as http the images load fine. How can I correct this?

The other problem is I keep getting this error message when ever I try to do anything:

Fatal error: Call to a member function clean() on null in /home/adamsh8/public_html/abantecart/core/lib/cache.php on line 378

Hello.

Please separate your questions. One question = one topic. This help other with similar issues.
For the SSL problem do you have SSL certificate installed? If it is not installed or have issues than browsers block by default this connections as not secure

please replace your file core/lib/cache.php with this https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/blob/master/public_html/core/lib/cache.php
