AbanteCart Root Menu - Items vanish after sort order

Hi,

I'm having the following problem. When i add a new item in the root menu and adjust item sort orders some items in Root menu vanish/remove them self from menu (WITHOUT ME DELETING THEM), but still show under root menu drop drown. 

Please could someone help with how to get these items back in Menu or how to remove the Root menu Item data (unique ID etc)

How you "adjust item sort orders" in the grid field, by drag n drop in grid or when edit menu item? How many items you have?

I edit the sort order by typing numbers in sort order field and saving. (the items in root menu such as playspeakers and playheadphones where sort order 5 & 6 but vanished from menu after adding custom install to menu)

Hello.

I fixed the problem. Now all your menu items are visible. The fix was open all items and click save. In this case question to you - did you update your menu items via CSV or directly in database?

Sorry i am a novice. I was/am only editing & updating Root Menu via DESIGN>MENU.

It's when i add a new item (sometimes) or edit sort order sometimes menu items just vanish off the menu.

I need to update sort orders now so i will print screen every step just in case it does it again.
