Clearing demo AbanteCart

Hi there
Im totally new to this.
Abantecart was downloaded for me by Siteground.
How do I clear all the demo info to start loading my own products?
Products,Categories, images etc.
Thank you really need your help.

Hello.

I suggest you to install new cart without Demo data option or go to Catalog > Categories/Products and remove manually
