Help! Check your database setting in configuration file!

Hi,
I need help, i have spent over a week and a half creating a website with Abante Cart and really liking this program, yesterday i went out of it and not sure if i did something wrong, I am terrible at coding and stuff and i dont know where to find this error to fix it - I have grafted so much work into this site and now i have a major error.

Please see this error and if someone can help me i will be ever so grateful.

Cannot establish database connection. Check your database setting in configuration file. in /home/fabcanrf/public_html/abante1/core/database/amysqli.php on line 50

I downloaded this file from Filezilla but dont know what the issue is and dont have a clue where to find it.

You should to open file public_html/system/config.php and check database connection parameters
This files created during installation by this method https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/blob/master/public_html/install/controller/pages/install.php#L271

Thank you for that, where can i find the public.html file, in which folder, sorry i am not very good at these things.
