Cart not updating :(

Hi, i need some help please 
I am assisting a friend build a new site with AbanteCart Cart and when we put the products there and add to cart, it is not updating the cart, it says cart is empty??

I have also done a site for myself and its working perfect - what can i do as this needs to go live for her new launch?


I have even tried to see if it works in firefox and nothing, i have redone this site about 4 times and i am really struggling. Please HELP!

Hello.

First of all try another browser to make sure issue is not related to your current browser settings and addons.
Also go to AbanteCart admin and enable System Check in the settings. Logout from admin and login to see new admin notifications in case of AbanteCart self check report issues.
In addition check AbanteCart and server's error logs

I have it activated and went out and went back in and i am not sure if i am blonde (Possibly) but i do not see any errors, I have checked it in Chrome and Firefox and does the same thing.

Is there any possibility that i can give you the information to check this for me, i would really appreciate it. This is stressing me out and i am no genius and not sure where to look or fix this and i do not want to redo this entire thing again.

I think you need to contact your hosting provider. Ask hosting support to check whether AbanteCart able to create sessions
