Page Load Error

Hello, dear friend and Happy New Year.
Sadly I have a big problem with my website. Recently I have updated to 1.2.9 and everything was working fine but today I've go this problem. Every time I click on a menu from the "Catalog" in the admin panel my website stop working for the current browser until I delete the cookies and then it works again, but if I click on the Catalog menu the same thing happens. How can I fix this nasty problem? Thank you.

Based on the error, something is redirecting to itself indefinitely. This can be cause by JavaScript or PHP redirect. We need to identify were this happens.

Can you share link to the page with that problem?

Thank you for replying. The link is - virtualcures(dot)net . The last thing I have added was "addthis" extension, but everything was working normally till today.

Try to disable and uninstall "addthis" extension. See if problem persist.

Okey so after some chatting with my hosting support and some fixing from them, now I'm left with the following problem. When I try to log in, I type my username, password and just get a blank page(See attachment). Then after some more diagnosing from my hosting support they told me about this error - (see attachment- error.png) . If i go to core lib cache.php and comment the following lines:

Then everything is back to normal and working. So do you guys have any idea how to fully resolve this problem? Thank you.

Your site storefront works fine. Are you having issue with admin?

What version of PHP do you have? I wonder why you commented out html cache code. You can turn it of in settings.

White page will show if you have a PHP error. You need to check server log to see actual PHP error.
