Hi, I use the per-item shipping at www.stylosports.com is there a way I can set the max cost for a customer?  At the moment all items get added together which results in a high shipping charge which is not so fair and I'd like to set a max ship cost.
Thanks for any suggestions

I am trying yo understand what you need.

Do you want total shipping for order be based on largest shipping cost of the item in the order?

Flat rate shipping will not work for you?

Hi, thanks.  I sell a wide range of products which generally will all be sent as a single delivery to the customer.

Ideally I think I'd like to have a maximum price on a single order for shipping.

Alternatively, if easier, only the highest shipping charge should be used for all items in the same order.

Example:

Customer buys 3 things with shipping costs of £2, £3 and £10.  Today that will cost them £15 but my cost is "usually" just £10.  Hey, I make more money but my customer may not be happy.

Of course if a customer just buys a single product with shipping of £3 then they should pay £3.

Thanks
Adam

Thank you for clarification. This will require some programming to implement what you require. There is no this specific rule built in

This will require changes in per-item shipping extension.
