Language Definitions - Text not found

Hello everyone.
I'm doing translations on the site by editing the text in "Language Definitions" but I can't find the phrase "Request an Order cancellation from Customer".
Look at the attachment.
Can you tell me please where can I make this change? (Forgive my bad English  )
