Payment method not showing

If I have a single item in cart, getting an error of no payment method selected.  If I have more than 1 item or if I have 2 and delete one in the cart, I can check out via paypal.

Any suggestions??

Check settings of your payment. Min, max, location? Do they all match?

Yes, Min & Max both at 0.  Not sure what you mean by location.

Every Payment have Location settings if you dont need to limit your payment availability for some locations plese set it to "All locations"
For the min/max remove 0 and leave them empty
