how and where use nginx.conf.text ? 
nginx.conf.text now in my public html folder what do ?  need ? change name nginx.conf.text   to nginx.conf it is true or falls ?
please give explanation

nginx web-server use one config file for all sites. It have no partial config for directory such as .htaccess for apache web-server. nginx.conf.txt contains example of nginx configuration related to AbanteCart. If you do not plan to use nginx - just remove it

now nginx.conf.text   file name  'nginx.conf.text'  any  changes this file name   ?
sample  see     htaccess.text     to change   .htaccess   see    nginx.conf.text   to change to   'nginx.conf'    it is true or falls

No. You cannot to use file nginx.conf.text via renaming.
