Error While Sending Mail

Im having difficulties when sending email to the customer.The system show that incomplete task due to (connection error occurred.HTTP-status:500).Kindly refer to the attachments for more details.

Please assist me on solving the problem.Thank you very much & have a great day ahead.

Please check AbanteCart error log usually there a bit more details

I still having the same problem.Just cant send e-mails to the subscribers.The error logs show everything in good conditions.Im using Abantecart version 1.2.9

can you please check httpd error log ( not AbanteCart) inside your cpanel? Usually it placed inside error-category of main cpanel menu.

i seem to have the same problem and looking at the cpanel for error logs, there is no nothing on it
