here the reply message i get from my hosting support....should I ask to uninstalled soap, because i had it installed for fedex but the fedex shipping still not working with it install.

If this is your shopping cart, and your shopping cart developer asked for SOAP to be enabled, did you ask them if this was the cause of the issue that you are having inside your administration? Is there another setting that we must adjust for you? Please confirm with your developer what needs to be one/off for everything to work properly in your shopping cart including your admin area.
