logo setup disappears in Settings

i changed my logo in settings and added a new pic .png logo and icon but
after the change i can not change it again because the logo setup in the settings/appearance disappears  for some reason ?

i attached the problem

i clear all the cache file both in browser and in abantecart but it not comes back

Hi

I tried to change the Store logo exactly as it should be changed and cleared cache of the abantecart and the browser and although in the Appearance settings page the logo uploaded is different than the logo that is appears on the website.

one remark, the logo used for manufacurers is different that the one used on the store header.
