update user cart from admin error

HI, why when I update and save user cart from admin page ( Edit Order Details ) unsuccess with error report
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCustomerGroupId() on null in ..core/lib/tax.php on line 72
any body can help me? thank you

This is known issue and it is already fixed in 1.2.11 Please apply this changes
