USPS International shipping

Hi, I'm having an issue where, if I try to check out with a non-US address, I get an error that there are no shipping options available. I double-checked to see that I had all the dimension fields filled out both for the product I'm testing and in the USPS extension. The domestic options show up when I use a US address, but the international ones don't for the non-US addresses. I'm not sure what else to check.

update: it must have been a weird glitch or something because it seems to be working fine now. will update if it happens again.
