Needing more information

I would like to know if AbanteCart will do the things I need before I invest my time in learning this.  I have read through some of the manuals and they don't have the answers I am looking for.  Thank you in advance for your help.

I do very inexpensive rentals for resorts located in different area's. For this I would need to do a full page for each resort, including pictures and information of the resorts with an add to cart or purchase now button (only 1)  at the end of the page.  Also can I use google Adsense, etc. and put ads on these pages?  I know google analytics can be used but nowhere does it say if you can use Adsense.  Thank you again for you help and I'm hoping this store builder will do this for me as I really like the payment options it has to offer.
