admin stylesheet is not working

good afternoon comunity.

I am trying to reestablish the admin site for my abantecart installation in godaddy. 

I dont honestly know what went wrong.

Here is a screen capture or my connection page.  WITH NO CSS.

the inspection panel does not show the stylesheet loaded. And the following error is displayed:

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)"

Thank you for any comments, or suggestions on what could have gone wrong.

BTW I cannot access the file location on the browser.  I suspect is because of the .htaccess /admin/ denied order.

Inspect with the browser to see why CSS is not loaded. Something is blocking CSS from loading.
Mare sure that files are actually present on the server.

I found an error in the rrror log,

The .htaccess file had an error.

After fixing the error things went back to normal.
