Slow adding to cart..

Hi everyone.

I have configured and customised my Abantecart site to my liking.
The web address is: theprintfirm.co.uk

When adding an item to the cart, it takes a very long time for it to appear.

What is happening:
I click "add to cart" the pages shows as loading.
If I click onto another link, the cart appears empty, it will then pop up later down the line.

Steps I have taken so far:
1/Cleared AbanteCart Cache
2/Optimised site in cPanel

Any other suggestions?

I feel like I've put all this work in and now it's not working.

you can enable debug on admin->system->settings->system page and look what process takes long time.

Thanks for your suggestion- I've done that... how do I know what is taking the longest?
