API - PayPal payments

API - PayPal payments, works correctly only for the guest account but for the logged in client there is no option to pay for the item

Your question is not clear. What PayPal method you have: standard, pro or express?

payment paypal exspress does not work, standard paypal works well, but not as someone has a customer account in the store, you can only buy as a guest ??

To work with PayPal expresss you need paypal Pro account and get API credentials. Take a note there are two different APIs: test (sandbox) and live so if you have enabled Test mode in the paypal express extension you should use test API credentials
