Auto re-size images as per google merchant

Hello,

Currently we are applied google merchant for advertisement, GM disapproved the feed due to invalid image,

Current Method : Upload 100x100  product image in google drive eg: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7GIKYdL-Qd6V2lJQzBoUTJwdGc/view

Now we have read the GM image policy https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324350 our method absolutely wrong.

Help required : How can i fix path for GM ?
