Error at checkout: delivery is not possible

Hi! The customer places an order, selects a region and gets the message "Error: delivery to this address is impossible. Please contact with us." This client has already ordered and everything was in order. Please help! Thank you

Hello.

You need to check what shipping extensions you have enabled. Make sure to check Locations settings inside each.

Checked. Included all locations in the extension settings. Are all the regions of Russia. I know about the second case when after the upgrade to 1.2.11, the client cannot place an order because of an error with delivery.

If you limit your delivery methods to work only in Rusia location what is the customer address you enter?
By the way what is your delivery methods?

My methods: flat_rate_shipping , free_shipping, store_pickup. The address of the customer the city of Tambov, a Russian region.

issue related to changes in default_flat_rate_shipping extension (of v.1.2.11).
Please visit it's settings page and set cost from each location again
