Date & Time : Global attributes

Hello

I have 2 global attributes (order attribute):

1. date
2. time

I only see them (i can only fill them in) when i use guest account
when i am a returning customer i only see it in payment options....

can anybody help me with this issue?

You post question in wrong branch.
Order attributes is not a "Built in feature" but 3rd party extension

I do not think everyone has this extension. Can you share screenshots? Probably best if you contact developers of this extention.
