How to set price rules?

I am bulk importing items (settings -> data -> import/export), thing is the prices come without "my share". If the producer sell to me for $10, after importing, it is retail price $10!

I want to set price rules as on shopify. I have thousands of products and can not change each product at a time.

Some one know how to do this?

It is not clear what is your question. When you do import what would you want to do with price?
