API - PayPal payments, works correctly only for the guest account but for the logged in client there is no option to pay for the item

payment paypal exspress does not work, standard paypal works well, but not as someone has a customer account in the store, you can only buy as a guest ??

"Does not work" is very broad statement. Can you please give us more details, so we can help you?

payment paypal exspress does not work

To work with PayPal expresss you need paypal Pro account and get API credentials. Take a note there are two different APIs: test (sandbox) and live so if you have enabled Test mode in the paypal express extension you should use test API credentials
