Edit Create Account fields

Hello -AbanteCart newbe here.
I want to edit the fields labels in the Create Account page.
For example: - Change Zip Code to Post code and Region State to County.
Already changed to UK so field content is fine the but cannot find where to change the labels.
Any help please?

Hi.
Try to copy label text and paste into search input on admin side.
You will see a few language definitions.

...or just go to admin->system->localisation->language definitions and try to search there.

Problem solved - I looked there but not carefully enough. Thank you.
Now if I want to delete the requires Fax number block for example, I don't need to collect this information.
Do I just delete the definition or do I need to delete the block from somewhere else.
I appreciate your speedy response.
