not able to send or receive mail

on my website i m not able to send or receive mails  . .  i have tried almost everthing but still its not working , ,

currently in 1.2.9 version  . .

i have also contacted bigrock hosting team . they said everthing fine from their side . .

For SMTP you have to contact/find in docs the instruction how to set up a connection to your mail SMTP server.
It can be different post or some setting in your mail to block SMTP
