Issue after upgrade to 1.2.13

When creating / editing products in the admin side, the text box for entering product details has changed to 'skyscraper' mode? (pic attached)
You can change the height of this box but not the width.
Not sure how to change it back any ideas?

Another issue i have (but not hugely important except for discount codes etc), how do i change the time / location to my time zone GMT, London?

MCE editor was updated to newest version. Please clear your browser cache or check maybe some of the editor files was not upgraded
