When trying to access my website or back office admin, it won't load.  I'm told by my support that my ip addresses are blocked.   I have asked several times for them to be reset.   Is there a way for me to reset the ip blocker myself or do i need to have my non-supportive help reset them?

If you hosting block some IP nothing to do here from AbanteCart side. Contact your hosting support

Thanks!  That's what i thought but my hosting site is in no reply mode.  Is there a way to go around the hosting site?

My advice would be to consider changing hosts.  If you get this non-responsive attitude now,  think about how negatively that "support" would be to a working site in lost sales and customer dissatisfaction.
A quality hosting service is a necessity for an ecommerce site -  Quality doses not always mean more cost,  there are lots of reputable host with good support.

Unblocking an IP address or a domain name:-
Click IP Blocker under Security in cPanel.
Find the IP address from the Currently-Blocked IP Addresses table.
Click Delete in the Actions column for the selected IP address.
On the Remove IP page, click Remove IP to confirm the unblock request.
