Use of AbanteCart on my project which is commercial

Hi, I am creating a commercial software/script which I will be selling online. I am willing integrate AbanteCart on my project and sell. Does AbanteCart allow this? Note - I will be selling my script not abantecart script. I will just integrate abantecart on it with few custom modifications to fit my script's needs. Please suggest.
I will love to hear the answer from the admin/contributor.
