error contacting customer

Hi,

Today I tried for the first time to contact a customer via my admin (Sales --> Send Email) and got an error message - see attached pic.

As far as I know everything else works fine. I have received alert emails and inquiry emails. I have the mail protocol set to 'mail.'

I looked at my server error log and found this

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

please change permissions for this file to 644 (write-read-read) via filemanager and let us know
